Once I get settled into my house in Slana the photos will be better, but don't have internet there so won't be able to share them. Guess I'll have to save them up until I can get on line.

About LDWinger
A resident of Alaska since 1957, now living on the north edge of the huge Wrangell-St Elias National Park & Preserve, I've traveled all over the state and found the Copper River Basin to be the place I prefer to call home. Magnificent scenery in every direction, four full seasons (although 3 of them can be pretty short), and wonderful people. Still, it is enjoyable traveling to other parts of North America, preferably on a motorcycle, seeing the scenery that the rest of the continent has to offer. We are truly blessed to live in such a nation, with such an abundance of natural riches.Create your own visitor map!
