Doesn't look like it is very tight, but It sure does hate it. It is always trying to peck at it while it swims around. Don't think it is permanent, they also got bracelets around the legs

About Nikongranny

Nikongranny

Old, retired with lots of time on my hands and a Nikon. Lucky for me, there is a park just north of town that provides me with migrating birds and sunsets. Since joining this site, I have a new appreciation for this scenic world we live in. I especially love the comments from so many great people on here.
