Saturday was hot and humid, even at 5,000'. Our reward for a strenuous hike was a dip in this beautiful lake.

I can not believe you hiked on Saturday. We went to Medford and it was 107! Drink lots of water:)

I cannot believe I did either, Mary! lol When the weather report showed 99 Saturday morning, I about backed out. I HATE heat! It was 101 when I got home.

I don't think I would have ever come out of the
water once I got in if it was THAT hot. Well, to
be honest, I would not have agreed to hike in
that heat. Hot enough here..every day...I am SO
over it! It sure is a beautiful place, Lori!
