Oh my! I can't even imagine how that must look from the everyday life perspective! It must be a nasty mess afterwards, and God forbid being caught outdoors with no shelter nearby! What the heck are you supposed to do? other than take the longest most thorough shower EVER afterwards!

Each time I look at this photo I wonder how people could breathe in that incredible dust. I feel so sorry for them, and I am sure it gets inside buildings also making another mess.

What a horror to walk out into that! Think I would have done an about face.

My sister & husband had a massive clean-up after the AZ haboob. Pool got hit. Also, irritating to eyes, nose, throat, respiratory system, etc., I would think.
