I LOVE this place! Besides the beach itself, Jockey's Ridge is my favorite place to visit while down at the OBX! :)

Thanks for the comment. We almost missed going there. We decided to go after we'd packed up and started our trip back home. It was pretty hot, but I am glad we spent some time there. I thought I knew a lot about beaches and sand dunes, but I learned quite a bit in the (air-conditioned, cool) educational center also.
