Wonderful shot, and great that you got some rain. We got about .75 inch yesterday, and then a blanket of snow after the rain.

Congratulations

Yup, this is a grabber! Super light and color, and that bare tree really adds to the ambiance. Glad you got much needed rain, too. Kudos to you, and congratulations on the Blue!

Wow, Tim! What a sky! Incredible colors-upside down blueberry pie is the image that comes to my mind, as well as your lovely title. I love the beautiful shed silhouette. The clarity and detail are so good I can even see the "filigree" where the roof is missing So good to hear you have had storms and I pray some good rains. A superb image! 10!

CONGRATULATIONS on another fine AC!!

How in the world is this rated a 9.1??  This is easily  the most beautiful sunrise/sunset photograph I have ever seen on this website.  I scored it a 10 because there isn't an 11.

About docshovel39
docshovel39 Hello , my name is Tim . I live in the small farming community of Ropesville , Texas with my wife and photo partner Sherry . I got involved with photography because of my older brother Steve - a fantastic photographer who lives outside of Seattle , WA . My favorite work , apart from his , is a terrific book entitled " Ghosts in the Wilderness " by Tony and Eva Worobiec . It captures the remains of small , abandoned rural communities across the Midwest , much of it shot in black and white . I also have become a fan of photographer Jim McGuire . His black and white shots ( nashvilleportraits.com) are amazing . Thank you for your comments and have a GREAT day !
