Sure don't recall shooting this one, but was the first one on my camera for this morning showing at 901 AM. My very next shot was at 942 AM. Sometimes I use my 300 lens to look at something, and I press the button half ways to focus, so may have accidently pushed it all the way.

This is a nice hiking trail, roughly 2 miles to where it meets with the other part of the road.
This is actually a State Highway, which has been abandoned as such due to too many rock slides. I used to like to drive up this way on my way back from Santa Fe if I had the time. That was 20 years ago. Sure wish it was still driveable.

Hehe, I do the same thing and wonder where did that pic come from. Love this, and I can see why there would be rock slides there.

There's a road down at the bottom of that?? I can see why you'd like to drive it! I was thinking while looking at the photo, before I read your next note, that it would sure be an interesting place to hike around through! What a great accidental photo! :D

That happens to me too Gil, but I usually end up with a shot of my dashboard or my feet :) This is an interesting shot. I am amazed at the greenery in this gulley !!
