I do love the stork nests all over Andalucia and other parts of Spain. Love to hear them clacking those enormous beaks from the tops of the churches. The largest I ever saw was in Soria. We estimated the nest weighed over 200 kilos - it had a metal frame to keep it from toppling the steeple. Thank you so much for the reminders. Are the red poppies blooming in Extremadura yet?
