Awesome view Alan, love the colors and lighting in this, as well as the beautiful patterns in the waves.

Wow, everytime i get a view of water and waveletts pushed by the wind, i just want to stand in the water and suck up the air and let the winds push past to clear out all else but the moment. Course the fishing pole is in the left hand at all times. LOL

Thank you all for commenting, and thanks to the approvers! The mix of thunderstorms and clear patches made the lighting interesting...

CKat - it's a skiffline - a continuous loop from the L-shaped jetty that you can tie onto at the shore and then pull the skiff out to deeper water.

Jim - Ah yes - fishing pole in the left hand, camera in the right - but how do I hold my beer?
