Thanks Sheila and all of you. Didn't think anyone would like this photo. I'm glad that some of you did. I love taking pictures with my fisheye lens but sometimes it's discouraging to find that not many people appreciate the different perspective that a fisheye gives you. I really thought this photo did justice to the wonderful new Canon fisheye that I waited months to purchase.

Sometimes when we really like something and it doesn't seem to go over real well, it can be tempting to feel discouraged. There was a time when Vincent Van Gogh's paintings were not appreciated at all. I think the artwork you have been posting has such a lovely, light and fresh feel to it! Just keep expressing (and loving) your God-given creativity!

Keep it up, Steve. I am enjoying deciding which types of scenes you choose that best match the lens. This does real well, I think, because of the way the branch on the right curved around to embrace the blossoms.
