Built in 1982 in Louisiana.Conducted geophysical work in Gulf of Mexico. Bought by the State of Alaska in 1992 and currently used for fisheries research. Twin screw. 2 Detroit main engines. Running at 9 1/2 knots burns 32 gallons of fuel an hour @ 1460 RPM. Running at 8 1/2 knots burns 19 gallons of fuel an hour @ 1250 RPM.
