My name is Hector Cintron. I live in the beautiful Island of Puerto Rico (P.R.), the smallest island of the big Antilles. The Island is around 100 miles long by 33 miles wide, to the south is surrounded by the Caribbean Ocean to the north is the Atlantic Ocean. Originally named "Boriken" which means in arawak (Indian) "The land of the Proud Lord". At present PUerto Rico is known as the Enchanted Island and it has a lot to offer in term of natural resource as a rain forest to the east (El Yunque), a desert to the south, a Florescent Bay (La Palgera), lots of beautiful beaches, friendly people and nice places to stay. |
