Rain or drizzle changing to rain early this morning with risk of thunderstorms then to rain or drizzle early this evening and ending this evening. Fog patches dissipating Friday morning.

Lurcher. Strong wind warning in effect. Wind southeast 30 knots veering to southwest 20 to 25 this afternoon then diminishing to southwest 15 overnight. Wind diminishing to light Friday morning then becoming southeast 10 to 15 Friday evening. Rain and periods of drizzle ending this afternoon with a risk of thunderstorms.
