Rain beginning near noon and ending after midnight. Fog patches forming near noon and dissipating early this evening.

Lurcher Browns Bank. Gale Warning in effect. Wind southwest 20 to 25 knots backing to south 15 to 20 near noon then increasing to south 25 early this evening. Wind becoming northwest 25 near midnight then increasing to northwest 35 late overnight. Wind diminishing to northwest 25 Thursday morning and to northwest 15 Thursday afternoon. Rain at times heavy ending late overnight. Fog patches forming near noon and dissipating this evening.
