Issued: 8:50 PM MST Feb. 18, 2018 – National Weather Service

... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect until 8 am MST
Tuesday...

* what... heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Plan on difficult
travel conditions. Total snow accumulations of 10 to 15 inches
with locally higher amounts possible.

* Where... grand and battlement mesas and west Elk and sawatch
mountains.

* When... from 5 PM Sunday to 8 am MST Tuesday.

* Additional details... snow is expected to develop late this
afternoon and evening and increase in intensity on Monday.
Winds gusting as high as 45 mph will cause widespread blowing
and drifting snow.
