The Flood Warning continues for
the Altamaha river at Baxley.
* From this evening until further notice... or until the warning is
cancelled.
* At 7:45 PM Monday the stage was 74.6 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Flood stage is 74.5 feet.
* Forecast... the river will continue rising to near 75.3 feet by
Wednesday morning then begin falling.
* Impact... at 74.5 feet... flooding of agricultural and Timber lands is
expected. Deens Landing and Linton Carter Landing boat ramps,
picnic areas and parking lots begin to flood.

very briefly before hitting The Horseshoe subdvision in northeast
Camden County where this subdivision had significant damage, with EF-
1 category winds between 100 to 110 mph. Significant tree damage and
houses with fallen tree damage had occurred along the end of the
tornadic track.
