The National Weather Service in Quad Cities has issued a dense
fog advisory... which is in effect until 10 am CST this morning.

* Timing... 6 am until 10 am.

* Impacts... visibilities below a half mile with areas below a
quarter mile. Conditions will improve from west to east between
9 and 10 am behind a cold front.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be reduced
to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use your
headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
