Special Statement
Issued: 10:32 AM CST Nov. 17, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Slippery roads across the Northland to continue this morning
and early afternoon...

A wintry mixture of snow, freezing drizzle, rain, and freezing
rain is falling over portions of northern Minnesota and northwest
Wisconsin this morning. This is producing some slick roads,
especially by Cook, Effie, and little Fork in northern Minnesota,
and Pine Lake and Fifield in northwest Wisconsin. If you must
travel on area roads today, be sure to allow extra time to reach
your destination, and allow plenty of space between you and other
traffic.
