... Winter Storm Warning in effect from 3 PM Saturday to 6 am CST
Sunday...

* what... heavy snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow
accumulations of 5 to 8 inches are expected.

* Where... portions of west central Wisconsin and central, east
central, south central and southeast Minnesota.

* When... from 3 PM Saturday to 6 am CST Sunday. The snow will
begin around 3 PM and end around midnight. Areas of blowing
snow will follow the accumulating snow until early Sunday
morning.

* Additional details... plan on difficult travel conditions.
Winds gusting as high as 35 mph will cause areas of blowing
and drifting snow.
