In Missouri this allows to expire 15 counties

In north central Missouri

In northwest Missouri

Clinton

In west central Missouri

Bates Cass Clay
Jackson Johnson MO Lafayette
Platte ray

This includes the cities of Adrian, Belton, Braymer,
Breckenridge, Butler, Cameron, Carrollton, Chillicothe,
Concordia, Excelsior Springs, Gallatin, Gladstone, Hamilton,
Harrisonville, Higginsville, Independence, Jamesport,
Kansas City, Kansas City Kansas, La Cygne, Lathrop, Lawson,
Lenexa, Lexington, Liberty, Louisburg, Mercer, Mound City,
Odessa, Olathe, Osawatomie, Overland Park, Paola, Parkville,
Platte City, Plattsburg, Pleasant Hill, Pleasanton, Polo,

* flood advisory for...
Wyandotte County in northeastern Kansas...
western Johnson County in east central Kansas...
northwestern Clay County in west central Missouri...
Platte County in west central Missouri...

* until 300 am CDT

* at 900 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause minor flooding in the advisory area.
Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Overland Park, Olathe, Shawnee, Lenexa, Leavenworth, Liberty,
Gladstone, Gardner, Merriam, mission, Smithville, Kearney, Bonner
Springs, De Soto, Parkville, Platte City, Edwardsville, North
Kansas City, Riverside and Lawson.

Additional rainfall of 1 to 2 inches is expected over the area. This
additional rain will result in minor flooding.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.
