Areas of fog and sea fog will affect the area with locally dense
fog dropping visibilities down to 1/2 mile or less in spots early this
morning.

The low visibilities may cause hazardous driving conditions. When
encountering any fog, motorists are urged to slow down, use low
beam headlights, and allow extra distance between you and the
vehicle ahead.
