morning. Wind chills will range from 15 below zero to 35 below
zero. The cold wind chills will cause frostbite in as little as
30 minutes to exposed skin.
* Where... parts of northeastern Wyoming and most of western South
* When... until 11 am MST /noon CST/ today.
A Wind Chill Advisory means the combination of wind and cold
temperatures will create dangerously low wind chill values. If
you go outside, cover all parts of your body, especially your
head, face, and hands.
