flag warning, which is in effect from 10 am to 6 PM CST Sunday.
The Fire Weather Watch is no longer in effect.
* Timing... strong west to northwest wind and critically low
relative humidity values are expected to commence during the
late morning hours Sunday. This condition is expected to
continue through Sunday afternoon.
* Wind... west to northwest wind 25 to 35 mph with gusts of 40 to
* Humidity... minimum relative humidity values 10 to 20 percent
over the Rio grand plains to 20 to 35 percent over the coastal
Bend and over the Victoria Crossroads.
* Impacts... any fires that develop will likely spread rapidly.
Outdoor burning is not recommended.
