... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect until 6 am CST early
this morning...

* periods of light snow will continue early this morning, tapering
off from west to east through sunrise.

* Additional snow accumulations of under an inch are expected.

* Some minor blowing and drifting of snow is possible, especially
across open areas and along ridge tops.

* Plan for snow-covered and slick roads.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities... and use caution while driving.

Flood Warning
Issued: 8:48 PM CST Feb. 24, 2017 – National Weather Service

The Flood Warning continues for
the Black River near Galesville.
* Until Sunday afternoon... or until the warning is cancelled.
* At 7:45 PM Friday the stage was 12.9 feet.
* Flood stage is 12.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast... the river will continue to fall... dropping below flood
stage by Saturday evening.
* Impact... at 12.0 feet... flooding mainly impacts wildlands and
agricultural pasture land. However the approach to the south end of
the County Road vv bridge over the Black River may be flooded.
