... Winter Storm Warning remains in effect from 5 PM this
afternoon to 6 PM MST Sunday...

* what... heavy snow expected. Plan on difficult travel
conditions. Total snow accumulations of 7 to 10 inches, with
localized amounts up to 12 inches, are expected.

* Where... Chadron, Cheyenne, Torrington, and surrounding
communities.
