What a disaster forecast is likely for this coming weekend, models are all over the place. We have the deepened low on the ECMWF and the GGEM with inches of QPF, while the GFS is quite benign with light rain showers associated with a quick frontal passage.

We have some rain and possibly ice pellets in our weekend forecast. I guess it is April!

12z GFS showing a nice bit of rain for MD. Looking forward to it. We've had such great weather that we've spent all our time outside. But now that it's so dry, I think a soaking rain would be a good thing -- time to clean the house!
