* locations... Berkshires of western Massachusetts, southern Green
Mountains of Bennington and western Windham counties in Vermont,
and the central and northern Taconics of eastern New York.

* Winds... east to southeast at 15 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50
mph.

* Timing... gusty winds continuing into the evening.

* Impacts... isolated to scattered downed trees and tree limbs,
downed wires and isolated power outages.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...
