* until Thursday.
* At 10:00 am Sunday the stage was 10.7 feet.
* Flood stage is 13.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is possible.
* Forecast... rise above flood stage Tuesday... and continue rising to
13.6 feet Wednesday. Fall below flood stage Thursday.
* This is based on moderate confidence in the river reaching flood
stage. Forecasts may change so monitor for updated information.

... Slow moving thunderstorms with heavy rain...

A slow moving area of thunderstorms with heavy rain will remain
over far eastern Iowa through 8 PM. While some locations may
remain dry... portions of
Muscatine... Cedar... Clinton... Jackson... and Scott counties will
continue to see locally very heavy rain with 1 to 3 inches
possible. This heavy rain will bring minor flooding to poorly
drained areas and cause rises on area streams. If you encounter
water over a Road... do not drive into it.
