... Winter Storm Watch remains in effect from Sunday evening
through Monday evening...

* what... heavy snow and blowing snow possible. Total snow
accumulations of 5 to 8 inches, with localized amounts up to
11 inches, are possible.

* Where... portions of northeastern Wyoming and western South
Dakota.

* When... from Sunday evening through Monday evening.

* Additional details... plan on difficult travel conditions.
Winds gusting as high as 30 mph could cause patchy blowing and
drifting snow. The cold wind chills as low as 25 below zero
could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 30
minutes.
