... Winter Weather Advisory in effect from 5 am to 4 PM CST

* what... snow and blowing snow expected. Total snow accumulations
of 3 to 5 inches are expected. Locally higher snow totals are
possible in between Grand Forks and Fargo.

* Where... portions of northwest Minnesota and northeast and
southeast North Dakota.

* When... from 5 am to 4 PM CST Sunday.

* Additional details... plan on slippery Road conditions. In
addition, areas of poor visibility are likely. Winds gusting
as high as 35 mph will cause areas of blowing and drifting
snow.
