southern Orange County in southeastern Texas...
east central Jefferson County in southeastern Texas...

* until 530 PM CDT

* at 334 PM CDT... Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
thunderstorms. This will cause Urban and Small Stream flooding in
the advisory area. Doppler radar estimates that between 2 and 4
inches of rain have fallen.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Port Arthur... Orange... Nederland... Groves... Port Neches...
Bridge City... West Orange... Central Gardens...
southeast Texas regional Airport and Orangefield.
