Wednesday...

* timing... snow will increase and become widespread this evening.
The snow will continue through Wednesday morning.

* Snow accumulations... 4 to 10 inches will be possible with
locally higher amounts up to a foot over the higher passes by
Wednesday afternoon

* wind/visibility... winds will be light through the period but
snowfall intensity will increase this evening making hazardous
driving conditions over mountain passes

* impacts... roads will become snowpacked and slippery. Travel will
be hazardous tonight and Wednesday morning due to snowpacked roads
and reduced visibility.
