Issued: 2:44 AM MST Feb. 18, 2018 – National Weather Service

... Winter Storm Warning in effect from 9 am this morning to
midnight MST Monday night...

* what... heavy snow expected. Plan on difficult travel
conditions. Total snow accumulations of 7 to 10 inches, with
localized amounts up to 12 inches, are expected.

* Where... Niobrara County to include Lusk and Redbird.

* When... 9 am today to midnight Monday night.

* Additional details... winds gusting as high as 25 mph will
cause patchy blowing and drifting snow. Cold wind chills as
low as 25 below zero will cause frostbite in as little as 30
minutes to exposed skin.
