southeast across the plains of southeast Wyoming and the western
Nebraska Panhandle this afternoon. A few storms may produce brief
moderate rainfall, small hail up to the size of peas, and gusty
winds of 40 to 50 mph. Expect this activity to diminish with
sunset.
