Special Statement
Issued: 4:30 PM MDT Jul. 30, 2016 – National Weather Service

... Strong wind gusts possible near showers and thunderstorms
through early evening...

Through 7 PM... widely scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms
will continue to move across central Wyoming. The main hazard with
these showers and thunderstorms will be erratic gusty outflow

miles out from the parent shower or thunderstorm. Boaters on lakes
and reservoirs should be especially prepared for sudden strong
gusts of wind that may topple small craft.
