Sunday...

The National Weather Service in Albuquerque has issued a Wind
Advisory... which is in effect from midnight tonight to 4 PM MST
Sunday.

* Location... south Central... Northeast and far northeast Highlands
as well as eastern Lincoln County and southwest Chaves County.

* Winds... west 30 to 35 mph with gusts 50 to 55 mph.

* Timing... very strong winds will develop tonight and peak during
the morning on Sunday before decreasing by the early afternoon.

* Visibility... localized blowing dust reducing visibility down to
3 miles across recently tilled agricultural fields and areas
devoid of vegetation such as construction sites.

* Local impacts... motorists should exercise caution while
travelling along north to south orientated highways. Unsecured
objects such as Christmas decorations may become airborne or
blow around.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Motorists should exercise caution while travelling. Sudden gusts
of wind may cause you to lose control of your vehicle. Extra
attention should be given to cross winds.
