* Flash Flood Watch continues for Tutuila Aunuu manu'a and Swains
Island

* through Monday morning

* an active monsoonal trough over the samoan islands will continue
to maintain conditions for flash flooding for the territory.
With continuous rainfall the past few days... keeping grounds
saturated... any additional rainfall will likely prompt flash
flooding across the islands.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Flash Flood Watch means that conditions may develop that lead
to flash flooding. Flash flooding is a very dangerous situation.
You should monitor later forecasts and be prepared to take action
should flash flood warnings be issued.
