accumulations of 5 to 7 inches, with localized amounts up to 12
inches, are expected.

* What... heavy snow possible. Sunday morning through Sunday night,
total snow accumulations of 8 to 12 inches, with localized
amounts up to 20 inches, are possible in the watch area.

* Where: the Cascades of southern Oregon north of Howard Prairie,
including Crater Lake, Diamond Lake, Union Creek, and highways
140, 62, 230, and 138.

* When... for the Winter Weather Advisory, through 4 PM PST this
afternoon. For the Winter Storm Watch, from Sunday morning
through late Sunday night.
