* winds... south 25 to 35 mph with gusts around 55 mph.

* Timing... winds gusting to 50 to 60 mph have been observed
along along the base of the Blue Mountains.

* Impacts... gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree
limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result.
