... Wind Chill Advisory remains in effect from 6 PM this evening
to noon CST Tuesday...

* what... very cold wind chills expected. The cold wind chills
will cause frostbite in as little as 30 minutes to exposed
skin. Expect wind chills to range from 0 to 20 below zero.

* Where... portions of southeast Kansas and central, east central,
   south central, southwest and west central Missouri.

* When... from 6 PM this evening to noon CST Tuesday.

* Additional details... temperatures will drop into the zero to
minus 5 degree range overnight.
