Dense Fog Advisory
Issued: 4:12 AM CST Feb. 23, 2018 – National Weather Service

... Dense fog advisory in effect until noon CST today...

The National Weather Service in Norman has issued a dense fog
advisory, which is in effect until noon CST today.

* Visibilities... near one-quarter mile at times.

* Timing... through this morning.

* Impacts... dangerous driving conditions due to limited
visibilities.

* Other impacts... isolated areas of freezing fog will be possible
across portions of northern and central Oklahoma. This could
create slick areas on bridges and overpasses.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A dense fog advisory means visibilities will frequently be
reduced to less than one quarter mile. If driving, slow down, use
your headlights, and leave plenty of distance ahead of you.
