... Winter Storm Warning in effect from 2 am MST /3 am CST/
Tuesday to 5 am MST /6 am CST/ Wednesday...

The National Weather Service in Rapid City has issued a Winter
Storm Warning for heavy snow and blowing snow... which is in
effect from 2 am MST /3 am CST/ Tuesday to 5 am MST /6 am CST/
Wednesday. The Winter Storm Watch is no longer in effect.

* Expect snow to develop after midnight tonight, continue through
the day Tuesday, and then diminish Tuesday night.

* The heaviest snowfall rates will occur between 11 am and 8 PM
Tuesday.

* Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches are expected. Locally
higher amounts are possible.

* Look for significant reductions in visibility at times in snow
and blowing snow.

* Plan on very difficult driving conditions.
