Areas of fog, locally dense, will continue through early this
morning. Gradual improvement is expected after 4 am from west to
east.

Anyone out driving early this morning should be ready for rapid
fluctuations in visibility, use low beam headlights or fog lamps
when encountering fog, and allow extra braking distance in case
sudden stops are needed.
