... Locally dense fog at times overnight...

Areas of fog will continue over the tri-state into the overnight
hours. While visibilities will mainly be in the 1 to 3 mile range,
there could be localized areas with visibilities down to one
quarter mile or less at times.

Motorist should be on the lookout for rapidly changing
visibilities. If reduced visibilities are encountered, reduce to a
safe speed and use low beam headlights.
