* at 801 PM EDT... a severe thunderstorm was located near
Brownsville... or 9 miles northwest of Uniontown... and is nearly
stationary.

Hazard... 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

Source... radar indicated.

Impact... hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage
           to trees and power lines... resulting in some power
           outages.

northeastern Fayette and southeastern Westmoreland counties...

At 811 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated slow moving thunderstorms
with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Up to two inches of
rain have already fallen.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

Turn around... don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Winds in excess of 40 mph are possible with these storms.

Connellsville... South Connellsville... Seven Springs... Donegal...
Champion... Indian Head... Normalville... Acme... Jones Mills and Laurel
Mountain State Park.

This includes Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 86 and 99.
