Watches & Warnings

Winter Weather Advisory
Issued: 9:02 AM EST Feb. 17, 2018 – National Weather Service

... Winter Weather Advisory remains in effect from 4 PM this
afternoon to 4 am EST Sunday...

* what... wet snow expected. Total wet snow accumulations of 2 to
3 inches are expected.

* Where... far southeastern Pennsylvania, portions of southern New
Jersey, northeast Maryland and northern Delaware.

* When... snow mixed with rain develops later this afternoon from
the southwest and changes over to wet snow for many areas, some
of which could be moderate to heavy at times. Some rain and
sleet may mix in at times through this evening, before the
precipitation ends after midnight.

* Additional details... plan on slippery Road conditions. Be
prepared for reduced visibilities at times. A burst of snow this
evening would allow for more efficient accumulations and
deteriorating Road conditions.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Winter Weather Advisory for snow means periods of snow will
cause primarily travel difficulties. Be prepared for snow covered
roads and limited visibilities, and use caution while driving. The
latest Road conditions for the state you are calling from can be
obtained by calling 5 1 1.
