Issued: 9:24 PM EDT Sep. 20, 2017 – National Weather Service

... Coastal flood advisory now in effect until noon EDT Thursday...

* locations... shoreline in southern Baltimore County and the
city of Baltimore.

* Tidal departure... around 1.5 feet above normal.

* Timing... around high tide through Thursday morning. High tide at
Fort McHenry is at 8:00 am.

* Impacts... flooding is expected at the end of Thames street in
Baltimore. Water also is expected to cover the promenade at The
Dragon boat dock in the Inner Harbor. Minor shoreline
inundation is possible elsewhere.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A coastal flood advisory indicates that onshore winds and tides
will combine to generate flooding of low areas along the shore.
