... Wind Advisory now in effect from 1 am to 3 PM EST Sunday...

* timing... an initial burst of strong winds may occur with the
passage of a strong cold front between 1 and 4 am. Winds may
diminish for a time and then peak mid to late morning Sunday
before diminishing Sunday afternoon.

* Winds... west 20 to 35 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.

* Impacts... strong winds may blow down limbs, trees, and power
lines. Scattered power outages are expected.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...

A Wind Advisory means that winds of 45 to 55 mph are expected.
Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high
profile vehicles.
