... Wind Advisory remains in effect from 8 am this morning to 6 PM
PST this evening...
... Frost advisory remains in effect from 10 PM this evening to
9 am PST Tuesday...

* winds... areas of winds west 15 to 25 mph with gusts to 40 mph
on Monday.

* Temperatures... falling into the lower to mid 30s for late
tonight into Tuesday morning with areas of frost possible with
coldest temperatures in the inland valleys near the foothills
of the mountains.

* Impacts... strong winds will make travel difficult for high-
profile vehicles. Watch for broken tree limbs and downed Palm
fronds. Sensitive outdoor plants may be killed if left
uncovered.

* Outlook... patchy frost is also possible late tonight into
Wednesday morning... mainly for the inland valleys near the
foothills of the mountains.
