Advisory... which is in effect from noon EST /11 am CST/ today to
6 PM EST /5 PM CST/ this evening.

* Winds... southwest 25 to 30 mph with gusts to 40 mph this
afternoon.

* Impacts... minor damage to trees, power lines, and property are
possible with wind of this magnitude.

Precautionary/preparedness actions...
