* at 1000 PM EDT... Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing
heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 2.5 inches of rain was
estimated to have already fallen near Travellers Rest and
Sturgeon. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Beattyville... Booneville... New Zion... major... Arvel... Endee...
Cressmont... Blake... Gray Hawk... herd... Ida may... banford...
Proctor... Green Hall... Lower Buffalo... Enoch... Travellers Rest...
